General Policy
Due to the nature of nutrition and dietary supplement products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

- Missing items in the order - If any items from your order are missing
Notification & Processing
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with taste, results, or personal preference.
